What sort of building services do we provide?
Anything from small repairs to extensive rebuilds, renovations, decks and gazebos, office/commercial fit outs and entertainment pavilions etc.

If All Seasons receives an approval from our Insurer, when will they commence repair works?
We will contact you the same day we receive notification of approval from your Insurer.

Depending on the extent of damage, we will programme and commence at the earliest date suitable to you (our client). Our programme will take into consideration, and be set, to availability of materials and trades as per specific scope of works.

Our trades and suppliers have been know to us long term, and we have demanded from them constant care and consideration of every property they attend on our behalf. It is entirely up to you if you choose to be on site, however, our trades are quite accustom to security and locking premises.

We ensure removal of any debris/materials throughout and on completion of your works. Jobs sites must be left clean and tidy on a daily basis and our trades are diligent in doing so. We do not utilise client’s bins and or green council bins under any circumstances.

As instructed by your Insurer we are to collect the amount of your insurance excess as per your policy agreement.
Back to TopWhen do I need to pay my excess?
As this excess amount represents a deposit towards the cost of your repairs, your repair works cannot commence until payment of excess is received.
We ask that your Insurance Excess be available for our Supervisor to collect at the arranged date of site inspection or we have several alternate methods of payment available for your convenience.
